Filled To The Brim – “Bedsheets”

Country: US

Genre: Indie Rock

Words From the Artist/PR: “Bedsheets” by Filled to the Brim has a classic pop-rock song vibe with a modern edge. The song is about someone not able to escape past memories of their former love. The song glides along with a punchy drumbeat, soaring synth and rocking guitar

Dark Dazey – “Junk”

Country: US

Genre: Alt Rock

Words From the Artist/PR: Described by the band as a “relentless, biting, post-punk critique of the waste propagated by consumerism”, ‘Junk’ delivers on Dark Dazey’s promise of high octane psychedelic rock. The song opens with an industrial robotic mantra then drops into an explosion of distortion and fury. The band grinds forward mechanically, seamlessly fusing a smattering of riffs in different time signatures, while the vocalists spit out dystopian lyrics with enough vitriolic percussion to cut through the metallic screeches.

Belle & the Vertigo Waves – “What You Wanted (ReAligned)”

Country: US

Genre: Alt Rock

Words From the Artist/PR:  What You Wanted originally came out in 2017 on our first album, ‘Aligned’. It was a fun, soft indie/alternative song about dealing with mean girls in high school. Well, What You Wanted is all grown up now, a bit more self aware and a lot louder. This is the first single off of our upcoming EP, ‘(Re)Aligned’ that we will be releasing early 2024.

no big – “younger”

Country: US

Genre: Alt Rock

Words From the Artist/PR: “Younger” is our first little baby (one minute forty five seconds) single coming off a year and a half of playing around nyc. We are trying to be earwormy and we are trying to really go for it in terms of big guitar and drum moments and this tiny track is a proof of concept and an idea of what our increasingly chaotic live set is like.

CANTERVICE – “Where Do We Stand?”

Country: US

Genre: Alt Rock

Words From the Artist/PR: “Where Do We Stand?” addresses a very prominent societal issue, division, and the vast destruction that accompanies it which threatens our future. In today’s hyper-connected world, where divisive content is allowed to actively invade our daily lives, our perspectives are becoming increasingly more malleable and susceptible to manipulation by corporations and governments who cleverly guide us toward viewpoints that align with their interests. In the digital age, their influence has become boundless, effortlessly directing our pent-up aggression towards each other rather than addressing the invisible hand at the source. If society cannot come together and grasp the insidious nature of this agenda, people will inevitably continue to give up their power and grow increasingly intolerant of those who don’t share their firmly programmed views.

Jordan Johnson – “Where Are You”

Country: US

Genre: Indie Rock

Words From the Artist/PR: I wrote “Where are you?” right after I signed my divorce papers. It felt like I was mourning my wife, even though she was alive. Like the only way for me to move on was to see it like a death, and grieve the loss the same way. It felt like I was confronted by her ghost with every memory and with each memory her face, voice and the finer details getting further away with each passing day.

Adam Lempel – “I Wanna Be Your Lover Baby”

Country: US

Genre: Alt Rock

Words From the Artist/PR: The only indie rocker making brutish and boppy songs that sounds like the Ramones, for Ridgewood kids who want to feel something visceral in an era of diluted coffee shop lo-fi beats and noncommittal background music.

Creep Features – “Pleased To Meet You”

Country: Australia

Genre: Alt Rock

Words From the Artist/PR: Aussie rock duo Creep Features are back with their best tune yet, ‘Pleased to Meet You’ a high octane dark indie rock track produced by Jack Nigro (The Amity Affliction). The track was debuted on Sydney’s 2SER radio and at a pre-release show at Vic on The Park hotel in Marrickville (Sydney). Creep Features live show is a killer and they have been hitting the stages with some great Aussie bands including West Thebarton.

Islands – “Headlines”

Country: Canada

Genre: Indie Rock

Words From the Artist/PR: The video is directed by Vali Chandrasekaran, who is mostly a TV comedy writer (30 Rock, Modern Family), and is about an artist trying to steel himself to go on another tour, to transform himself from the flesh and blood man, with the weight of real life on him, into the rockstar, an idealized version of himself, ready to give everything for his music and the audience. The transformation always takes a lot out of the artist, but the other side is, ironically, where he feels the best. Nick Thorburn is a perfect artist for a comedy writer to collaborate with and direct. From his days with The Unicorns through his work with Islands, Nick has brought a thoughtfulness combined with hilarious chaos to all of his work. Who better to ask to power through his song while moving through an automatic car wash? Nobody, that’s who.

My Grinding Mind – “Tether”

Country: Australia

Genre: Rock

Words From the Artist/PR: Tether is about breaking free of the shackles of expectation. It’s about personal growth and leaving behind those who stifle it
