Orange Animal – “Midnight In Warsaw”

Country: US

Genre: Alt Rock

Words From the Artist/PR: We are excited to announce the first release from our new LP, “Still Frames”. The song is titled, “Midnight in Warsaw” – a cinematic rock song laced with haunting violins and a powerful crescendo

Garvie – “Boring”

Country: UK

Genre: Pop Rock

Words From the Artist/PR: If you’re bored, are you boring? Either way, don’t worry – Garvie’s bravely-titled Boring is, thankfully, anything but. This high-energy indie pop stomper is abundantly fun. Lyrically, Garvie’s tongue-in-cheek lyrics show a brutal honesty that most people can relate to – don’t we all secretly worry that we’re boring sometimes? “There’s always that person at a party that you don’t want to get stuck chatting to, and sometimes think it might be me” confesses Garvie. “I was always told that if you’re bored, then you’re boring – so when you’re telling a dull story, you’re bringing everyone else down too. It’s almost infectious, which is the idea that birthed a lot of these lyrics – that and What We Do In The Shadows, obviously.” Bear that in mind next time you tell that story with no punchline.

Amateur Hockey Club – “Love Each Other A Little”

Country: US

Genre: Alt Rock

Words From the Artist/PR: “Love Each Other A Little” is an alternative rock song about the infinite feeling of the moment before jumping into a romantic situation you know you should avoid. The song opens with a brief guitar & vocal intro before being interrupted by a bass swell & the full band kicking in. The final minute erupts in call & response vocals and a sputtering guitar solo.

Extra Space – “Toothpaste”

Country: US

Genre: Garage Rock

Words From the Artist/PR: Toothpaste is the second single being released off of our upcoming record Green Season

Artio – “Babyface”

Country: UK

Genre: Alt Rock

Words From the Artist/PR:  “Title track, ‘Babyface’, is a love letter to trans masc./ female to male trans people who are sick of people not recognizing who they are now. It’s a brutal self-reflective announcement that the girl you knew, loved, raised etc. is gone and you have stop expecting her to come back. It’s a comment on how girls are raised in society and the strange detachment you feel to the idea of being a ‘girl’ growing up, then the euphoria of discovering the language to understand who you are, only to have the people you love the most deny that that girl isn’t you anymore. If it’s the last thing I’ll ever do, you will see me for who I am.”

Slowklahoma – “Dog Days”

Country: Germany

Genre: Alt Rock

Words From the Artist/PR: “Dog Days”, the first ever single of Cologne residing indie-band Slowklahoma revolves around several things: conspiracy theories surrounding Andy Kaufman, misunderstood weirdos native to Belle & Sebastian songs and playgrounds amidst the summer heat , but most importantly: About wasting your time standing by. Wrapped in a catchy twist and fed with only the most surfy homegrown sounds of people who can only imagine what it’s like to live by the sea, this song is definitely a strong contender for the most out-of-season summer hit!

Maniax – “Happier”

Country: Germany

Genre: Alt Rock

Words From the Artist/PR: Happier is an energetic rock song about the pain after a breakup and the inner emotional chaos. It has a forward driving rhythm with classic rock elements but also synthesizer and choir parts

Tom Repetto – “Little Fires”

Country: US

Genre: Alt Rock

Words From the Artist/PR: Written for a friend that passed

Decorated Time x JAN – “Where The Hill Meet The Sea”

Country: New Zealand

Genre: Alt Rock

Words From the Artist/PR: ‘Where The Hills Meet The Sea’ is an ode to my hometown of Wellington, Aotearoa NZ – to its unique geography and distinctive weather. Produced completely independently in my home studio – written, recorded and mixed as a solo musician with only the mastering being outsourced.

Hothead Wave – “Here”

Country: US

Genre: Alt Rock

Words From the Artist/PR: “Here” is about a relationship dynamic where you don’t feel seen or heard. I wanted this song to be upbeat and have a demanding tone, rather than melancholy and slow. I wanted the question “Can I be here…?!” to be rhetorical. Like, just let me be who I am! At this point in my life, this song is more than a rhetorical question, it’s a demand, a declaration.” – Lizzy Cruz
