Collapsing Scenery – “You Already Know”

Country: USA

Genre: Dark Wave

From the Artist: “Collapsing Scenery offer a new vision for how a modern band can be. They’re not even a band – they’re curators of a series of planet-spanning events, expressions, exhibitions, albums, installations, journeys, adventures and parties, all operating outside of the confines of the tired traditional industry.”

CHLSY – “No (Hard) Feelings”

Country: USA

Genre: Indie Pop

From the Artist: “The writing process for No (Hard) Feelings began in Chelsea Gilliland’s bedroom with the arpeggio on electric guitar inspired by the beginning of one of her favorite Weezer songs, “Falling For You.” Gilliland explained that she was reflecting on quite an emotional breakup – or could it even be considered a breakup? She referred to the relationship as a ‘situationship’ explaining that the boy she had been seeing all summer had never taken her out on a date. Gilliland stated that as quickly as the relationship began, it soon became quite toxic. Quite the Fleetwood Mac moment – the boy happened to have been in her band and the two of them had decided to put an end to the ‘situationship’ the day before leaving to go on tour for a month.”

Befriend Strange Creatures – “Not Mine Anymore”

Country: Germany

Genre: Indie Rock

The fifth tape displayed a video of an anonymous drummer playing the parts for “FTW”. Molly Hair – “Good Guys”

Country: USA

Genre: Pop Rock

From the Artist: “This is the first single I have ever released! I wrote Good Guys about some of my failed dating experiences. I have been on a lot of bad first dates (including one where the guy accidentally called me the c-word in a text message and made me viral on tiktok) and feel like I have spent so much time investing in myself as a single woman and don’t see a whole lot of single guys out there doing the same.”
