Words From the Artist/PR: The track is an upbeat ‘high octane’ rock song. The lyrics touch on themes of uncertainty, the need to leave a situation behind, and the feeling of being hunted by something. There’s a sense of urgency and a desire to escape. FM Rodeo – “I Must Say”
Country: US
Genre: Alt Rock
Words From the Artist/PR: we went a different direction while writing this piece, it is heavier, dark, edgy and raw(although there is some beautiful production in musical breaks) it’s about separation from a loved one due to betrayal and severe hurt/trauma caused by it.

Beige Banquet – “Animals”
Country: UK
Genre: Post-Punk
Words From the Artist/PR: Having spent the last year doggedly touring Europe and taking their unmistakable and frenetic live show to festivals such as End of the Road, Left Of The Dial and Into the Great Wide Open. The London-based dark punk five-piece, Beige Banquet, share their driving new single ‘Animals’, which explores darker and more desolate themes and captures the uncompromising force of their live performances. With their sophomore album, and first as a full band, set for release in 2024 (via Swish Swash Records), the new single ‘Animals’ sets the precedent for their bleak yet high-powered new sound, underpinned by a propulsive and motorik rhythm section, they combine robotic and percussive vocal deliveries with industrial textures and abrasive guitars.

Oliver James Brooks – “How It’s Goin”
Country: Canada
Genre: Alt Rock
Words From the Artist/PR: How It’s Goin is an up-beat alt-folk-rock track about the ups, the downs, the feeling of being lost and the feeling of being found. “Some days you might feel like everything is working for you and the very next day, it can feel like everything is working against you,” explained Oliver. “In today’s world, people get to choose how they want their life to be perceived by others, and more often than not, they choose only to show the positives and not the negatives. This song is my way of showing you both.”

The Quiet Barber – “Your Last Halloween”
Country: Sweden
Genre: Alt Rock
Words From the Artist/PR: I wrote this song in August last year but didn’t manage to finish it before halloween. This year I did. My inspiration was to write a horror theme song and I had songs like “Pet Cematary” on my mind. I also remember wondering: How would Alice Cooper write a Halloween song ? I don’t know but this is my imagination.

Unicorn – “Twisted”
Country: Australia
Genre: Alt Rock
Words From the Artist/PR: Twisted is a song that reflects on the nuances of life, the ups, the downs, heartbreaks and heartwarming moments. It is a song to inspire. Jenna Hardie shares her thoughts on the meaning of Twisted, “I was writing this song to inspire myself and others. To do what I want to do. To do what you want to do. It’s really a song about being true to yourself. And having the courage to do that.” With two distinct sections, the song starts with a brattish bouncy verse. And, as reflected in the title of the song, twists and turns into something completely different. With hints of heavily arpeggiated keys in the background reminiscent of the band Muse, the song becomes larger than life, a metaphor for making the most of your own life.

The Sweet Kill – “Undead”
Country: US
Genre: Post-Punk
Words From the Artist/PR: Pondering the dark world of the occult I explored California’s forests, warehouses, and graveyards. “Undead” illustrates the struggle of an immortal in love with his mortal girlfriend who’s sick. He has no choice but to save her by turning her into his kind. The sonic cinematic soundscapes of 80’s cold wave synths, post-punk instrumentation mixed with, and a full string section walks the listener into gothic cinematic movie. I love the fear of the unknown and fantasy of magic and when these elements mix, transcendence into the fourth dimension of the spirit world occurs. “Undead” provides an escape into the realm of one’s own infinite imagination. Dare to dream big and never sell yourself short “…Take my hand on an icy peak, the wind chills this reckoning, where Gods and Monsters breed, their darkest secret…. into the Undead, the Undead, slip into the mystery…..”

Genre: Alt Rock
Words From the Artist/PR: “Fix It All” is about regretting how things went down with someone you deeply cared about. Having the urge to rewrite your past and to change things but you know that you can’t really do anything about it. This drags you into a dark mental state where you ask yourself: “will I ever get better?” and if things will ever change.
