Alexander Patsos – “Cosmic Cry”

Country: US

Genre: Rock

Words From the Artist: “This track is a Pandemic Anthem, as producer Mike Williams and I had just finished Beautiful Drive, and then ‘Boom!’ – the lockdown happened, and like most people, we lost touch for a moment. However, around late April 2020, we reconnected, and I sent him some new ideas with rough vocals, and he took off from there. This entire song came to life via remote sessions during the start and most trying part of the pandemic. The lyrical theme is about searching for your spirit and finding your flame/fire during a difficult time. A great tragedy had fallen upon us, many people were leaving us, and everything was upside down. The whole world was in tears, but they could not show it – there was so much divisiveness. The song is about not losing touch with your spiritual self during a bleak period. I have to give maximum credit to Mike for being on board during that time. It wasn’t an easy task for us, but we created something special, and we only met in person two or three times, I believe. Incredible journey for this track!”

Electric Circus – “All For a Stranger”

Country: UK

Genre: Alt Rock

Words From the Artist: “‘All For a Stranger’ is a loud hit right where you feel it, a heavy rock track and the first one that Electric Circus came up with as a collective back when the band was just finding its feet and its own particular brand of sound.”

VIQUEEN – “Gutless”

Country: US

Genre: Punk

Words From the Artist: “Wife/wife band leaders wrote “Gutless” to highlight their dislike for those who can’t see from the perspective of others. They see weakness in people who are stuck in their ways out of ignorance and stubbornness. “Ignore the facts, you hypocrite! Bury your head- so gutless!”

Overlap – “Dark Road”

Country: Canada

Genre: Alt Rock

Words From the Artist: “It’s not because they’re confident and speak loud that they’re right. Dark Road is about reflecting on your values and interests to achieve your own dreams instead of taking the easy route following opportunistic people and helping them realize theirs. It’s an energetic and uplifting punk rock influenced track with a touch of post-grunge and emotional vocals.”

JØSHUA HØLLAND – “Havoc”

Country: US

Genre: Indie Rock

Words From the Artist: “”Havoc” is a song written for my wife, attempting to capture the “what now” feeling after linking yourself to your favorite person for a lifetime in a world moving way too fast. Pairing jangly guitars and ethereal harmonies, this track marks a significant improvement in sound quality from previous releases and I hope listeners will enjoy it. I plan to go all-in on promotion and any support from curators would be most appreciated to help this English teacher live some of his rock star dreams.”

Joey Jane – “Walking In The Rain”

Country: US

Genre: Alt Rock

Words From the Artist: “This is a song about someone who is so lonely he makes up someone in his mind that isn’t really there and is on a never ending search to find his long lost love after convincing himself the person he actually made up was real.”

Cardboard – “Tenner”

Country: UK

Genre: Rock

Words From the Artist:  Heavy, energetic song with influences from Indie and Grunge from the 90s and 2000s

Rum Buffalo – “Spark Dreamer”

Country: UK

Genre: Indie Rock

Words From the Artist: The twisted rock n’ roll dance anthem is a fast-paced trip through somebody’s worst nightmare. The song was inspired by a fan in China, who presented the story of a character who wakes up bereft of their creativity, and spends their entire life searching for it in vain to eventually welcome death as the final reprieve. With impassioned vocals, Stevens channels his own anger into the song, while making nods to the mythical plight of Sisyphus: “My brain’s a rolling boulder / Not much to save.”

Lipstereo – “Little Spaceships”

Country: Australia

Genre: Alt Rock

Words From the Artist: The infectious indie rock single is off of their debut EP Modern Mythology and is produced by legendary Australian producer Mark Opitz (INXS, AC/DC, The Angels). The track chronicles the relatable feeling of feeling left behind when friends and loved ones move on. Featuring cutting vocals, adrenaline pumping guitar riffs and playful bass, “Little Spaceships” fuses 90s early rock sounds with a post punk songwriting sensibility to create music that in a parallel universe, would be on Phil Spector’s Spotify playlist.

Rocket Bunny – “No Vision”
