SunYears w/ Nicole Atkins – “The Body”
Country: Sweden
Genre: Indie Rock
Words From the Artist/PR: “Peter Morén – best known as one-third of Peter Bjorn and John – returns with his second SunYears album, The Song Forlorn. Written as a lifeline during restless years, the record shows Morén at his freest yet: moving between folk rock, indie pop, garage, country, ballads and even flashes of funk. The album’s focus track The Body features magnificent Nicole Atkins on vocals with Peter. It’s a stomping tune. Direct and sublime.”

teethin – “THROWING SHAPES”
Country: UK
Genre: Indie Rock
Words From the Artist/PR: “We were sat in the pub one time and heard a group of middle aged white men talking about how Katie Hopkins and Trump say it how it is. We started chatting about how some of the working class idolise people like this and blame others who they don’t fully understand be it down to ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation or religion for issues that those they idolise helped pedal. Sometimes it feels like we’re just ants crawling over each other arguing amongst ourselves while being laughed at and spat on by the upper classes. We write this after that with the image of someone throwing shapes, like dancing in ignorance while the world burns around them kinda lodged in our heads. It’s a weird feeling but extremely frustrating hence the song isn’t a ballad per se.”
—
Shyness – “Full Time”
